Membership invoice
You are receiving your 2010 Villa Venyce Home Owner voluntary membership invoice and profile form with your newsletter. Please fill out your profile and let us know what is important to you. Your dues pay for maintaining our entrance and the median on Highway 98. We have formed a partnership with Grand Point HOA, IHOP, and Tires Plus to have the median maintained.
Park
Please come out and enjoy the new park at the end of Gondolier Blvd. Santa Rosa County supplied all of the equipment and our Association supplied much of the labor. We are proud to have such a nice place for our families to enjoy.
Neighborhood picnics
We will be notifying everyone through the website and at the front entrance of our semi-annual picnics coming soon! We always have a great time, with an inflatable slide for the kids, hamburgers, hotdogs, chips and soft drinks. Everyone brings a side dish, lawn chair and spends the afternoon getting to know their neighbors.

Remember these people when you need work done. Let IHOP and Tires Plus know that you appreciate their contribution to keeping Highway 98 looking good.
See you in the neighborhood!
