Membership invoice

You are receiving your 2008 Villa Venyce Home Owner voluntary membership invoice with your newsletter. Your dues pay for maintaining our entrance and the median on Highway 98. We have formed a partnership with Grand Point HOA, IHOP, and Tires Plus to have the median maintained.

Park

The board has approached John Broxson, Santa Rosa District 5 County Commissioner, about upgrading the park on Gondolier, resurfacing our roads, and maintaining and upgrading the drainage in Villa Venyce. If you have any suggestions or comments, please send them to the webmaster

Neighborhood picnics

We are having two neighborhood picnics this year. There was one on May 5th (Cinco De Mayo day) in the Gondolier Park. We had a great time, there was an inflatable slide for the kids, hamburgers, hotdogs, chips and soft drinks. Everyone brought a side dish, lawn chair and spent the afternoon with their neighbors.
